I have great news for all European buyers because now Chinese shop Gearbest has opened European warehouse in United Kingdom. So in this way you can receive a package must faster than usual and also you will not have any additional costs like custom duties.
Gearbest EU Warehouse
From what I can see on their website they have really huge number of products available in the UK warehouse including very popular smartphones like Meizu M2 or even ASUS ZenFone 2 with 4GB of RAM, so don’t hesitate to visit their website for more information.
You can now buy almost anything tax free from Gearbest UK, just check here for all products. Anyway The Gearbest UK warehouse is in west London near to Heathrow airport.
Too bad not all the products are with EU adapters, alot with USA or only UK adapters and they
don’t care to put EU adapters with it. Just a little Customer admiration instead of playing with us.
yes, thats true. sometimes you need to buy EU adapter…
So a UK customer can purchase from a UK warehouse.. If they receive a faulty product do they return the item to the same UK warehouse or do Gearbest say they have to pay exorbitant shipping fees to send it back to China.
Being as they paid UK delivery cost to purchase it should be UK delivery cost to return, surely ?
I think if you receive the faulty product, that in that situation you need to send it to China.
but to be sure, please go to http://www.gearbest.com
do you supply connection cables and earphones for your MP3 players (EM0042101).
If yes, how do I get one and how can I transfer audio (spoken voice) CDs on to the MP3
Turns out EU warehouse doesn’t necessarily mean it comes from the EU, and ‘shipped’ just means they’ve generated a manifest saying that they will ship it. In reality, they wait a few days before despatching it from China, then repackage it in the EU, then send it from their UK warehouse. Total time to send is about 10 days. Very misleading.
yes, it is possible for some products. but in this way you dont need to pay taxes, right? 🙂
WOW.. Are you sure about it?
It means that if i live in the UK and wish to accept my order within a few days i can’t since they do this long procedure you described on the background?
Hard to trust Gearbest, the things they claim to have in European stock shows to be a lie, everything is in Hong Kong/mainland China. Takes 3-4 weeks to receive it.
